How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For personalized or custom-made items, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for production before shipment.
What is your return policy for baby items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons and safety standards, personalized items and opened teething products cannot be returned.
Are your products safe for newborns?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All our products meet or exceed mandatory safety standards, and we use non-toxic, BPA-free, and organic materials whenever possible to ensure they are gentle on sensitive skin.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes! You can include a personalized gift message at checkout. We also offer premium gift wrapping services to make your delivery extra special for baby showers and birthdays.

How should I care for my Bespoke Baby garments?
To maintain the quality of our fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low. For items with delicate embroidery or prints, washing inside out is recommended.
